The National People's Congress just revised the company law two days ago, implemented the subscription system for registered capital of enterprises, and relaxed the registration conditions of registered capital: the "paid-in capital" of the company is no longer regarded as an industrial and commercial registration item. In other words, there is no longer the word "paid-in capital" in the future business license. The registered capital of the company is no longer verified. The law has been amended, but the implementation measures of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce have not yet reached the registration department. I think it's just these days. Companies registered after going to work on New Year's Day should no longer need capital verification. So there is no need to deposit money in the account, and the annual inspection is not a matter of depositing money in the account. Funds are occupied by investment projects, land, houses, automobiles, goods, advance payment for goods, turnover of goods delivery, and accounts receivable that have not arrived. So there is not necessarily cash in the account.
