If there is a blockage in the kitchen sewer, we can install a water stop valve to solve this situation. The installation method of the water stop valve must be correct, otherwise various problems will occur. The material of the water stop valve needs to be reasonably selected, and professionals should be found to install it as much as possible. The sewer pipe in my kitchen has been blocked recently, so I installed a check valve in the sewer pipe of my kitchen, but the sewer pipe in the kitchen was fine, but the neighbor upstairs came to the door and said that there was water in her kitchen, and she confidently said that it must be directly related to the installation of a check valve in the sewer pipe of my kitchen, which really blocked my heart! Then I went to the property to have a look. Actually, the water in the kitchen upstairs has nothing to do with my family. Of course, the method of installing the check valve must be correct.

1: Installation position of check valve

Generally speaking, the check valve should be located in front of the pump for easy use. There are two kinds of check valves, one is installed at the end of the vertical suction pipe of the water pump, and the feed pump is filled with water without pumping water at one time. Once water is used, when there is no water in the suction pipe and in front of the pump, the pump can only idle without pumping water.

Therefore, the pump must be filled with water before it can be pumped out. Pump installation method is higher than the liquid level. Also known as negative pressure method, such as pumping water from a well. Another way to install the water pump is that the liquid level is higher than the water pump. Usually, this method is used for secondary water supply. Because the liquid level is higher than the water pump, it is convenient to start and stop the water pump when the outlet valve of the water pump is not closed, so a check valve should be installed. It is very necessary to install a check valve, which can save a lot of trouble.

Two: What if the toilet inlet valve can't stop the water?

1, check the reason.

(1), check whether the float of the water inlet valve is stuck. Pull down the float (float ball) by hand. Under normal circumstances, it can move up and down smoothly.

2. Check whether there is any foreign body in the inlet valve, so that the needle valve pressure chamber at the top of the inlet valve cannot be formed and the water cannot be stopped. In this case, it is difficult for ordinary users to repair alone, find professional maintenance or buy replacement.

(3) Check whether the float of the water inlet valve is stuck or disturbed. Usually, the floating bucket can move freely up and down, you can have a look.

(4) Check whether there is any problem inside the intake valve itself, such as sand or small sundries in the valve body of the intake valve. Problems like this can only be bought again, otherwise it will be difficult to fix.

Step 2: Solution

(1) Close the inlet angle valve: remove the water stop cover from the dripping area and check for deformation, aging or foreign body adhesion; Clean or replace the water stop cover.

⑵ Close the inlet angle valve: remove the broken special-shaped nut with a Phillips screwdriver; Replace the new special-shaped nut and tighten it; (When the overflow pipe is placed at the ceramic installation port, pay attention to the flatness. Do not tighten when shaking)

(3) Close the inlet angle valve; Drain water from the water tank below the water outlet; Add a dark solution to the remaining water and observe whether the flushing port leaks. Confirm that the porcelain body has cracks; Otherwise, triangle valve will open slowly. Put the water on the top of the water outlet. Plug up the water on the lid. Please check whether there is water leakage when entering the water. When the water is placed at the height of the body's lips, if the water leaves the lips, it is confirmed to be cracked.

(4) Regular cleaning: Regular cleaning of the water inlet valve can also reduce the occurrence of water shortage: remove the water inlet pipe of the water tank from the left side of the toilet bottom, and then remove the plastic nut valve at the bottom of the water inlet. If there is a filter, please also delete the course. Then you can take the water inlet valve out of the water tank. Remove the water supply pipe of the water inlet valve (generally at the top, plastic hose, overflow pipe connecting the drain valve), pick up the plastic cover, loosen the water connecting rod, and then pull it up and down in the opposite direction. Then, take out the thimble from the gasket, clean it and reinstall it.
