After the renovation project is completed, the owner and the decoration company need to jointly submit an acceptance application to the property. The property will organize a professional team to conduct on-site acceptance within 1 day.

Site acceptance

The property will organize a professional team (including electromechanical maintenance personnel and public affairs managers) to conduct on-site acceptance. If everything is qualified, the following procedures will be followed; In case of violation, it will be handled according to relevant regulations.

Pass the preliminary inspection

After the acceptance, the public affairs manager will sign the "Preliminary Acceptance" in the "Completion Acceptance" column of the decoration application form, and sign and date it.

Withdraw the construction permit

The property security team will withdraw the construction permit. If it is lost, the decoration company should bear the corresponding compensation.

Pass the re-inspection

The property manager will re-examine the decoration project after it has passed the acceptance and been used for 1 month. If there is no problem with the re-inspection, the public affairs manager will mark "Re-inspection Qualified" on the decoration application form and submit it to the property manager for approval, and then the finance department will refund the decoration deposit of the decorator and the decoration company.

Deduct detailed information

If violations are found during the decoration acceptance, the public affairs manager will make an assessment according to the regulations and list the details of deduction. With the consent of the property manager, the deducted amount is deducted from the decoration deposit of the decoration company in advance; If the decoration deposit of the decoration company is not enough to compensate for the deduction, it will be deducted from the decoration deposit of the decorator; If the decoration worker's deposit is still unable to make up for the deduction, the decoration worker is required to make compensation. All relevant materials will be filed and kept for a long time.
