Ministry of Public Security 106 Decree "Provisions on Supervision and Management of Fire Prevention in Construction Projects" Article 21 When applying for fire prevention acceptance, the construction unit shall provide the following materials:

1. declaration form for fire control acceptance of construction projects;

2. Project completion acceptance report;

3. Quality certification documents of fire protection products;

4 building components, building materials and interior decoration materials with fire performance requirements meet the national standards or industry standards and the factory certificate;

5 fire facilities, electrical fire prevention technology inspection documents;

6. Legal identity certificates and qualification certificates of construction, project supervision and testing units.
