Brief introduction of Lujiazui company

Lujiazui Company is one of 54 large enterprise groups approved and supported by Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Mainly responsible for the land development and comprehensive operation of Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, which is the only national development zone named after financial trade.

Since its establishment, the company has developed land 1 1.07 square kilometers, relocated more than 28,000 households and 750 units, and transferred 2.476 million square meters of land (with a planned total construction area of 7.596 million square meters). The Group presided over the comprehensive planning and development of Lujiazui Financial Center, Zhuyuan Business District, Dongcheng Community, Liuli Modern Living Area, Lujiazui Software Park and other areas, among which the planning model of Little Lujiazui Financial Center, as a commemorative symbol of China, was collected in 1998 by the Chinese Revolution Museum.

In 2005, the Shanghai New International Expo Center invested by the Group successfully held the 11th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, the 15th East China Import and Export Fair, the 7th Shanghai International Industry Expo and the China International Architecture Expo. The Group invested in the construction of a number of tourism, leisure and municipal transportation projects such as Binjiang Avenue in Pudong and Lujiazui Central Green Space, which effectively improved the regional investment environment.

There are office buildings, hotels, sightseeing halls and so on. The sightseeing hall is located on the 88th floor of Jinmao Building, with a height of 340. 1m and an area of 1520m2. There is a walking experience in the clouds on the floor of the sightseeing hall of Jinmao Building. The total length of the trail is 60m and the width is1.2m.. Visitors can walk on the aerial trails without guardrails, and the experience time is about half an hour.
