First, in party and government organs, enterprises, institutions, social organizations, etc. , the implementation of weekend flexible working system, to maintain normal operation. In addition to the staff who undertake the necessary and urgent tasks such as epidemic prevention and control, safe production, emergency rescue, urban operation and duty, they all work from home.

Two, the need for continuous production and operation of enterprises should strictly implement the main responsibility of enterprises, strengthen employee management, and urge employees to comply with the provisions of the epidemic prevention and control management. All kinds of entertainment and leisure places, business places where people gather and public cultural activities will be closed.

Third, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacies and medical institutions are operating normally, and the measures of "sweeping xiaolan, checking body temperature, checking health code and checking travel cards" are strictly implemented, and the negative certificate of 24-hour nucleic acid testing is checked. Catering enterprises are forbidden to eat in the lobby. They can only order food from stores, online or by phone, and provide "non-contact" take-away service (delivery to the door of the community). All other business premises and shops are temporarily closed.

Four, high-risk areas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the management. Low-risk residential areas are under closed management, with only one entrance and exit, on duty 24 hours a day, and the pass management system is strictly implemented. With the pass, each household can only go out 1 time to buy daily necessities. No outsiders are allowed to enter the community.

Legal basis:

Article 3 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the legal infectious diseases in China are divided into three categories: A, B and C according to the outbreak, epidemic situation and harm degree of infectious diseases. Among them, Class A infectious diseases include plague and cholera, Class B infectious diseases include infectious atypical pneumonia, AIDS, viral hepatitis, polio and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, and Class C infectious diseases include influenza, mumps and rubella. Other infectious diseases other than those prescribed by law, which need to be classified as Class B and Class C according to their outbreak, epidemic situation and degree of harm, shall be decided and announced by the administrative department of health of the State Council.
