Brief introduction of hengjiang town

Hengjiang town is located at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, at the southern end of Yibin County, 42km away from Yibin City, the first city of Wanli Yangtze River, and 4km away from Shuifu County, Yunnan Province. Across the river from Louba Town, Shuifu County, Yunnan Province, and bordering on Shuanglong Town, Long Fu Town and Anbian Town, it is a central market town connecting Yibin and the southern rural areas rich in water, and is a part of the "Comprehensive Land Development Planning Area in the Lower Jinsha River" and "Panxi-Liupanshui Development Zone". The whole town covers an area of 1 13 square kilometers, and the cultivated land area is 258 13 mu. Administer 17 administrative villages, 164 villagers' groups, 3 neighborhood committees and 3 1 residents' groups, with a total of 8226 households and a total population of 3 1250. In 2000, it was listed as a pilot town for the construction of small towns in Sichuan Province.
