Our company was established on February 25th, 2003, formerly known as Huai 'an Ping 'an Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with the original registered capital of 8 million yuan and the original legal representative of Chen Xiaoping. On August 14, 2007, the company was renamed as Jiangsu Ping 'an Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and its legal representative was changed to Lu Lixin. The registered capital increased to 20.08 million yuan, and it was approved by the state as a second-class qualification for real estate development. Through nearly six years of development, our company has gradually cultivated and established a professional real estate development team integrating architectural design, development, marketing, finance and statistics, including 2 1 person with technical titles, including 7 managers with intermediate titles or above in architecture and structure, 3 full-time financial personnel and other technical personnel 1 1 person.

Under the care of leaders at all levels in Huai 'an, with the help of partners from all walks of life and under the supervision of Huai 'an people, after six years of development, the company has successively developed Jianghuai Renjia Community, Danube International Apartment Phase I project and Danube International Apartment Phase II under construction in Huai 'an, Jiangsu, with a total investment of about 536 million yuan. In September 2007, it was rated as "Excellent Residence in Jiangsu Province" by the Construction Department of Jiangsu Province.
