How to calculate the property fee for three people sharing?

Legal analysis: the property fee of renting a house depends on the lease contract;

If there is no agreement in the house lease contract, the rental property fee shall be paid by the lessor;

If both parties agree in the contract that the payment shall be made by the lessee, the lessee shall pay the property management fee to the property management company according to the contract;

If the lessor and the lessee agree in the contract that the lessee shall pay the property management fee to the property management company and abide by the relevant management regulations of the property management company, and the contract is confirmed by the property management company in writing, the lessor will transfer its creditor's rights and debts with the property management company to the lessee, and the lessee will perform this part of rights and obligations to the property management company. If the lessee fails to pay the property fee, he shall be liable for breach of contract to the property company.

Article 1 In order to further standardize the charging behavior of property services, improve the transparency of property services, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property management enterprises, and promote the healthy development of the property management industry, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Price Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Property Management and the Provisions on Clearly Marking Goods and Services.

Article 2 Property management enterprises providing services to owners (including providing property services as agreed in the property service contract and providing services other than those agreed in the property service contract upon the entrustment of the owners) shall clearly mark the price in accordance with these Provisions, and indicate relevant information such as service items and charging standards.
