In order to implement the new property management model, Xinyang Municipal Government issued the Opinions of Xinyang Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Property Management in the City (Xinzheng [2008] No.67), and held a high-standard and powerful property management work conference in the city. After the meeting, the new "trinity" property management model was fully implemented, and the county and district governments held meetings one after another, issued documents, set up institutions, and defined their responsibilities: Xinyang Housing Management Bureau requested the government to approve the establishment of the city's property management leading group and office, vacate special office buildings, engrave official seals, print document headers, and hang the "Xinyang Property Management Leading Group Office" brand; Published a series of property management reports in Xinyang Daily, such as Xinzheng [2008] No.67 document and answered reporters' questions; On the basis of in-depth investigation, the idea of property management is clarified; The Municipal Price Bureau announced the telephone number of complaints, organized personnel to carry out investigation and study, and revised the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Property Management Service Charges in Xinyang Urban Residential Areas. All counties and districts actively create conditions to carry out their work and conscientiously implement the requirements of the "three five-year plans and the first five-year plan". The new "trinity" property management model in our city has been fully implemented.
In the next step of implementing the new property management model, Xinyang departments at all levels will focus on the following tasks: First, establish a joint meeting system to further supplement their strength and form a joint effort. The fifth is to set up a property management inspection team to pay close attention to the implementation of property management responsibilities and tasks. Sixth, the housing management department should strengthen personnel training, improve the overall quality of the industry, strengthen enterprise qualification management, and standardize property service behavior.
