According to the feedback from the staff of the Education Bureau of our district, Urumqi No.1 130 Middle School is a complete middle school managed by the Municipal Education Bureau. The school was newly built and opened in the autumn of 20 16, and the education administrative departments at the city and district levels demarcated the school district scope on the basis of the school district survey in the early period of 20 16. According to the basic school districts of public junior high schools in Urumqi, the school districts are:

(1) Area 1: No.4 Highway to the east of East Station, No.10 Lane of Ningbo Street to the west of East Station, South of Ningbo Street and North of East Station;

(2) Zone 2: East of Huzhou Road, west of North 10th Lane of Ningbo Street, south of Chengbei Avenue and north of Ningbo Street. Lvcheng Yueming Lanting Community is a real estate development project of Changchun North Road in our district, with a scale of 1950 households, located in the northwest of the junction of Huzhou Road and Ningbo Street. According to the division of basic school districts of public junior high schools in Urumqi, this community does not belong to the scope of Urumqi 130 middle school junior high school district.

At present, Urumqi 130 Middle School has a large school district, and there are many new and under construction communities, including: Zhonghe Jiayuan Community, Xinxin Meiyu Community, Yuyuan Impression Community, Pastoral Wen Yuan Community, Xuefu Hua Ting Community, Qichen Xuefu Community and Bo College Shuxiangmendi Community. In recent years, with the delivery of new residential quarters, the occupancy rate of residential quarters has increased year by year, and the number of school-age children and adolescents has increased year by year, which has led to an upward trend in school enrollment pressure. At present, there is a certain pressure to ensure the enrollment of school-age children and adolescents in existing school districts.

In order to properly solve the schooling needs of the children of the owners of Greentown Yueming Lanting Community, recently, the Education Bureau of our district has reported to the Municipal Education Bureau "About the situation that the children of the owners of Greentown Yueming Lanting Project want to attend Urumqi 130 Middle School", hoping that the Municipal Education Bureau can further study and consider adjusting the junior high school district of this community to Urumqi 130 Middle School if conditions permit.
