Does the auction property owe heating fees? How?

If the auction property is in arrears with the heating fee, it depends on whether the auction house has an exemption clause for this auction and is not responsible for the defects in the property fee, utilities and heating fee. Under normal circumstances, the auction house will make such a disclaimer. If there is such a disclaimer, the heating fee will be borne by the buyer.

If there is no exemption clause, it shall be handled through consultation and the auction house shall be notified to pay. If negotiation fails, a civil lawsuit shall be brought to the people's court for settlement on the grounds of auction dispute.
