Article 3 House Price and Payment Date

Article 4 Area confirmation and area difference treatment.

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract
1. If any false promises made by the seller in this contract cause losses to the buyer, the seller shall be liable for damages.

The foregoing losses include but are not limited to legal fees, execution fees, attorney fees, auction fees, evaluation fees, travel expenses, etc. Paid by the buyer to protect their own rights and interests. Article 9 For the matters not covered in this contract, a supplementary agreement may be signed upon consensus of both parties.
Article 10 The annexes to this contract have the same legal effect as this contract. In this contract and its annexes, the words filled in the blank part have the same effect as the printed words.
