Is it illegal to demolish real estate illegally?

The property has no right to be demolished. Illegal buildings, structures and facilities need to be forcibly removed, and the right of compulsory removal belongs to the administrative organ. It shall be announced by the administrative organ, and the parties shall dismantle it themselves within a time limit. If the party concerned does not apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit within the statutory time limit and does not dismantle it, the administrative organ may forcibly dismantle it according to law.
