Today, the reporter learned from the relevant departments that the renovation contract involving Hong Kong capital has been signed, and the largest shantytown renovation project in Jinan, Jinan Guanzhaying and Bao Hua shantytown demolition, has entered the start-up stage of "reversing the construction period".

According to the reporter's understanding from the old city reconstruction headquarters in tianqiao district, the planning scheme for the renovation of Guanzhaying and Bao Hua shanty towns was determined in early May, with a total demolition area of 1.465 mu, with a total of 7,790 households and about 3,000 households enjoying 43 square meters of protection. Now the list of the first batch of 1700 households has been publicized.

On the 29th, according to Liu, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Guanzhaying Sub-district Office, the renovation, supported by Hong Kong Group I, will greatly change the slum landscape dominated by low-rise and dangerous buildings in the "village in the city" around the overpass, and plan the high-rise and high-grade residential landscape with a plot ratio of 3.5 and the central square for leisure shopping. The detailed planning scheme of this project was issued in May, and the construction period was reversed based on June 30, and the demolition task was fully completed.

It is understood that the demolition party of this project has sent people to Guan Yi Street and other demolition areas to learn from the scriptures and accumulated rich experience. According to the preliminary investigation, they visited the leaders and board of directors of 53 enterprises involved one by one to conduct public opinion surveys to understand the residents' opinions on the demolition work.
