On July 7, 2007, Wuhai Shenhua Zheng Jun Industrial Co., Ltd., which was jointly funded by Jun Zheng and Shenhua Wuhai Coal Coking Co., Ltd., was formally established with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. The construction of this project has laid a solid foundation for the company's circular economy development model of coal-electricity-calcium carbide-PVC and coal-electricity-ferroalloy.
