If the unit owner needs to carry out decoration in the unit, the owner and the construction unit hired by him must strictly abide by the relevant regulations and installation standards of the management company to carry out the decoration project, and shall not damage the building structure of the residential house. All expenses shall be borne by the owner. The provisions that the owner and the construction unit employed by him shall abide by include but are not limited to:
(1) Before the renovation of the unit, the owner shall submit a written application to the management company (the application form is attached), and provide the decoration drawings (including but not limited to the floor plan, water and electricity construction drawings) and materials effectively signed by the qualified design unit of the unit. The management company will examine and approve the owner's application within three working days after submitting the application form with complete information, and examine and approve the application within three working days after the completion of supplementary information if the information is insufficient or unqualified, provided that the structure, pipeline, power supply, overall appearance and public facilities of the community are not affected and the provisions of this Convention and relevant government regulations are not violated;
(2) Before the renovation, the construction unit or decoration company must insure the renovated project with effective and full insurance amount of "All Risks of Installation Project" and "Third Party Liability Insurance of Installation Project" (during the installation project). The insurance premium or any other expenses required for insurance shall be borne by the owner, construction unit or decoration company. Without the approval of the management company, any construction and renovation project shall not be started.
(3) The personnel of the construction unit must be approved by the management company and complete all kinds of access passes before entering the community; When entering the residential area, the personnel of the construction unit must abide by the procedures such as registration of the operating procedures required by the management company for the security of the doorman.
(4) After the owner and the management company agree on the decoration unit, the owner shall agree with the management company on the handling time, place and passage of building materials, and shall not occupy or block public places, nor pollute, damage or block public places and public facilities;
(5) During the renovation, the owner should keep the public places and facilities in the community clean and the interior of the unit clean, pay attention to the storage and use of building materials, flammable materials or volatile chemicals, and do not smoke to avoid disasters. All wastes and construction wastes shall be immediately removed and transported by the owner at his own expense;
(6) The management company has the right to enter the unit during the construction period to check whether the project meets the approval specifications of the management company. If illegal construction is found, the management company may require the owner and the construction unit to stop work immediately, and take corresponding measures to correct and remedy the illegal construction. All expenses, losses or economic responsibilities caused during this period shall be borne by the owner himself, and have nothing to do with the management company.
(7) Personal injury or property loss caused by decoration construction or any other behavior shall be borne by the owner.
