Invest more than 30 million yuan to integrate Maoqiao area west of Zhuhai Road and north of Shenzhen Road, speed up farmers' demolition, and focus on attracting science and technology and environmental protection projects focusing on semiconductor and electromechanical integration. Invest more than 20 million yuan to integrate the area from both sides of Zhuhai Road to Changfu Road, make scientific positioning and rational layout, speed up the formulation of overall development plan, adjust power facilities, implement farmers' demolition, actively create a "new city in the north", focus on the development of urban commercial housing, leisure and entertainment, automobile 4S specialty store, large supermarkets, vocational schools, etc., seize the location advantage close to the urban area and the popularity and business opportunities brought by Quanta project, continue to accelerate the construction of Yushan Commercial Street, Philharmonic Square and other projects, and further enhance and optimize them. Do a good job in the real estate development of "Hudian Villa" and "Yijingwan", vigorously support the commercial real estate in the park, speed up the docking with the urban area, and do a good job in the article "Building an ecologically livable park" to promote the coordinated development of production and life, industrial economy and urban functions.
