Can the water from the community fire hydrant be used?

1. Water from fire hydrants in residential areas or water from fire hydrants outside residential areas cannot be used as greening water in residential areas, but only as fire water. Your practice is not advisable.

2. The greening project in the community can only be started by the community to install tap water, and the water meter is set in front of the faucet. The water fee is borne by the property, rather than using fire hydrants casually.

3. If the property agrees to water with fire hydrants, you should reflect to the property that fire hydrants cannot be used as the water source for greening the community, and water with other water sources. If the property insists that you use fire hydrants, you can report to the local fire department and police station, and the relevant departments will dispose of the property according to law so as not to affect you. If no one or unit asks you to use a fire hydrant to bring water, you will bear legal responsibility for using a fire hydrant to bring water.

4. According to the provisions of Article 28 of the Fire Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), no unit or individual may damage, misappropriate or dismantle or stop fire control facilities and equipment without authorization, bury, occupy or block fire hydrants or occupy fire prevention spaces, occupy, block or close evacuation passages, fire exits and fire truck passages. Doors and windows in crowded places shall not be equipped with obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue. It requires no one to misappropriate fire control facilities. According to Article 60 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), an individual who damages, misappropriates, dismantles or stops using fire protection facilities and equipment without authorization shall be given a warning or fined up to 500 yuan. Anyone who commits any of the acts in Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of the first paragraph of this article and refuses to correct it after being ordered to do so shall be enforced, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.
