Can tenants sue the property?

Legal Analysis: Tenants cannot sue the property. Because the counterpart of the property service contract is the owner's property service enterprise, excluding the lessee. If the management of the property causes personal injury to the tenant, you can sue the property and demand tort liability.

Legal basis: Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the prosecution must meet the following conditions:
