Is the property manager difficult to take the exam?

Not difficult. If you just want a certificate, just give money. There are two kinds of property managers. One is the employment certificate of the property manager of the Ministry of Construction. The local property management association (or consult the local housing authority) will hold regular training courses and pay for them. There will be an exam after the training, and everyone will pass. One is the post technical certification of the Ministry of Labor (Ministry of Personnel, Labor and Social Security). Usually, there are training courses organized by training courses, and they take the national unified examination, and usually 100% pass the certification. The former will be cheaper. Moreover, the certificate of the Ministry of Labor is generally not recognized by the Ministry of Construction. The Ministry of Construction only recognizes two certificates. One is the post certificate of the training center of the Ministry of Construction (certificate of property manager, department manager and enterprise manager), and the other is the registered property manager of the Ministry of Personnel.
