In order to further implement the humanistic management concept of caring for employees, the company has communicated and coordinated with the management committee of Taohua Industrial Park in Feixi County for many times, and opened 405 sets of public rental housing for employees of joint-stock companies. Details are as follows:

I. Basic information

1. Public rental housing is located at the intersection of Danxia Road and Qinglongtan Road in Economic Development Zone (No.3 Light Truck Factory). It is a 18-story building with 9- 18-story (9-story wing). The north and south apartment types are the same, and the inner corridor is separated from the south.

2. Each building covers an area of about 56 square meters, with one room, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with upper and lower cabinets, range hoods, induction cookers and other items, and the bathroom is equipped with a basin, toilet and water heater.

3. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, wall tiles and floor tiles are laid in place. Solar water heaters are installed in rooms facing south, and electric water heaters are installed in rooms facing north;

4. The door is an iron security door with complete lighting;

5. Socialized charging of water and electricity is not feasible.

Second, the rental fee.

1, 500 yuan deposit is charged for each house;

2. The rent is charged per square meter of 5.5 yuan (including property management fee), and the relevant lease contract is signed annually (once a year), and the rent is paid in one lump sum before moving in.

3. If the rent changes, the price approved by the government shall prevail.

Third, the application conditions

Persons who signed labor contracts with the Company before June 3 1 day and July 3 1 day;

2. The disposable income in the six months before the application is not higher than 3,200 yuan, and the household disposable income is not higher than 4,800 yuan;

Disposable income = (earned income)-(personal part of five insurances and one gold)-(personal income tax)

3. The applicant and his spouse have no private property in Hefei and Feixi County.

Fourth, the application method

There are three ways to apply: single person, family and shared rent (2 persons).

Verb (abbreviation of verb) application process

1. The applicant shall fill in the Application Form for Public Rental Housing (attachment 1), Commitment Letter for Singles (attachment 2) and Commitment Letter for Housing and Income Status (attachment 3) and submit them to the general managers of each unit;

In the sharing mode, only one person needs to fill in the application form, both of them need to sign it, and the spouse who is not an employee of the company needs to provide proof of disposable income (Annex 4);

2. The personnel department of the Division conducts a preliminary examination of the applicant's qualification according to the application conditions, informs the unqualified applicants in writing (Annex 5), summarizes the qualified personnel in the Summary of Public Rental Housing Application (Annex 6), and submits it to the Human Resources Department of the Company for review;

3. According to the evaluation results, the company conducts public lottery sorting and hangs the net for publicity;

4. After publicity, provide relevant materials to the Taohua Management Committee of Feixi County for final review;

5. Sign relevant agreements and move in;

6. Applicants who meet the requirements in the later period will wait in line according to the application time after the first lottery result;

Sixth, housing choice.

1. Due to the differences in building floors and electrical equipment, the house selection is determined in the order of shaking numbers;

2. When the people who have checked in do not meet the conditions of rent allocation, they will withdraw from the existing houses and replace them in the order of the previous lottery. The replacement is limited to 405 sets in this batch.

Seven, exit management

1. If the lease expires and does not meet the conditions for renewal, it shall voluntarily go through the withdrawal procedures within 1 month before the expiration. If the goods are damaged, corresponding compensation shall be made according to the signed agreement;

2. The relevant management institutions of public rental housing shall conduct a dynamic annual review every year, and at the same time conduct spot checks on the lessee's rental qualifications, and the lessee shall cooperate. Spot checks do not meet the requirements, cancel the lease qualification;

3, the following circumstances, should be returned to the public rental housing:

(1) Obtaining public rental housing by providing false certification materials and other means;

(2) Changing the use of rented public rental housing;

(3) Lending, subletting or changing the use of the rented public rental housing without authorization;

(four) the destruction or unauthorized decoration of public rental housing, refused to restore the original state;

(five) engaged in illegal activities in public rental housing;

Idle public rental housing for more than 6 months without justifiable reasons;

(seven) during the lease period, other houses obtained by means of purchase, gift, inheritance, demolition and resettlement no longer meet the conditions of public rental housing;

(eight) during the lease period, lease other affordable housing;

4. If the applicant who has already stayed leaves his post during the lease period, he must take the initiative to go through the formalities of withdrawing from public rental housing.

2. Employees who have stayed in the company's single youth and successfully applied for public rental housing must go through the formalities of quitting the company's single youth in the month of staying in public rental housing;

3. The final interpretation right of this notice belongs to the human resources department of the company.

At present, the remaining 36 sets of public rental housing are open to employees of joint-stock companies to apply again. The specific requirements are as follows:

Second, the application materials

The materials shall be filled in and summarized as required, referring to the Notice on Filling in the Application Materials for Public Rental Housing.

Third, the unit reporting requirements

1. When employees apply, they should submit the application materials together. See the attachment for details.

2. The personnel department of each unit shall review the information and submitted materials of the applicants according to the application conditions and material requirements. Submit the summary list (attachment 13) and the materials that passed the preliminary examination to the human resources department of the company before leaving work on the morning of March 15.

3. Each department of the platform directly submits the materials to the Human Resources Department of the company.
