1. 2. Conduct on-the-spot surveying and mapping, drawing, taking photos, calculating the area and collecting the written materials required for ownership registration of the houses within the jurisdiction.

3. Responsible for the general registration, initial registration, change registration, transfer registration, cancellation registration, replacement and acceptance of houses within the jurisdiction.

5. Responsible for the collection, sorting, registration and archiving of real estate surveying and mapping achievements, ownership transfer registration files, change registration files, mortgage registration files, cancellation registration files and words, charts and audio-visual materials with preservation value directly formed in the process of real estate management.
