Occupation grade:
Property managers are divided into four grades: intermediate (level 4), senior (level 3), technician (level 2) and senior technician (level 1).
Application conditions:
Intermediate (one of the following)
(1) Having worked continuously in this profession for more than 4 years.
(2) After obtaining this vocational primary certificate, he has graduated through formal intermediate training, and his age is over 18 years old.
(3) students who graduated from the third grade of secondary vocational schools or corresponding majors.
(4) Grade two students in institutions of higher learning or grade three students in five-year higher vocational classes in technical schools.
Advanced (one of the following conditions)
(1) High school education or below, engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) College degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
(three) after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

In recent years, as a new service industry, property management has developed rapidly in China, and newly-built property management companies have emerged constantly. Article 33 of the Regulations on Property Management issued on June 19, 2007 and revised in 2007 stipulates that "personnel engaged in property management shall obtain professional qualification certificates in accordance with relevant state regulations". Article 6 1 stipulates that "if a property management enterprise employs a person who has not obtained the professional qualification certificate of property management to engage in property management activities, the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order it to stop the illegal act and impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan; If losses are caused to the owners, they shall be liable for compensation according to law. " On June 9, 2003, Hebei Province's "Implementation Opinions on Separate Social Functions of State-owned Enterprises in the Province" stipulated: "The housing management institution of enterprise employees should be separated from the main body of production and operation, and a property management company with independent legal personality should be established to operate independently and be responsible for its own profits and losses". Therefore, employees must receive corresponding training and obtain the national vocational qualification certificate through professional appraisal before they can take up their posts.
