Eight. Description of other paid services:

It is suggested that the transportation fee for installation and maintenance outside the city should be negotiated with users according to the standard of per kilometer 1 yuan. The cost of aerial work, reinforced concrete wall or drilling holes on brick walls with a thickness of more than 40cm is suggested to be negotiated with users according to the actual operation difficulty.

The above charging standards are applicable to air conditioning installation and maintenance service fees, accessories fees, materials fees, etc. Not within the scope of "three guarantees". When providing fee-based services, service units need to issue invoices or receipts according to users' requirements. The above reference prices may change due to different annual prices in different places. If the above related standards are inconsistent with the local industry standards, the local charging standards shall prevail.
