If the decision made by the owners' congress or the owners' committee violates laws and regulations and damages your legitimate rights and interests, you can call the real estate administrative department of the district or county people's government where the property is located, or call the neighborhood office or the township people's government in your neighborhood and ask them to order the owners' congress or the owners' committee to correct or cancel its decision within a time limit, and notify all the owners.

You can also call the local media and ask for their help.

None of the above methods can be solved. You can bring a lawsuit directly to the people's court.
