If there are quality problems during the property warranty period, the development and construction unit shall send people to the site to check the situation within 24 hours after receiving the maintenance requirements of the owners, the owners' committee or the property service enterprises entrusted by them. If the situation is true, it shall be repaired within 72 hours.
