How to handle the parking fee formalities of the property company and where to go?

To apply for a parking permit, the following information shall be provided:

1, fill in the application form for motor vehicle parking lot;

2, the construction inspection site certificate;

3, building fire certificate copy;

4, parking spaces, signs, import and export and other hardware facilities construction design and traffic organization chart;

5, do the land use right transfer contract and a copy of the "red line map", or the relationship certificate and land agreement with the land use right unit;

6. Copies of the applicant's Business License and Tax Registration Certificate;

7. Proof that the legal person authorizes the person in charge of the parking lot;

8. Administrator registration form;

9. Copy of ID card and temporary residence permit of the person in charge and the administrator and two one-inch color photos.
