According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the central and provincial governments, combined with the actual situation in our city, we hereby put forward the following opinions:
First, let go of housing purchase restrictions. 1. There is no restriction on the number of commercial houses purchased in the central city, and there is no need to provide family housing inquiry files, and there is no need to provide tax payment or social insurance payment certificates for a certain number of years. No longer restrict overseas institutions and individuals from buying houses. 2, encourage the transfer of rural labor force, college graduates and the introduction of all kinds of professionals, overseas institutions and individuals to buy commercial housing in our city. 3. Foreigners who buy commercial housing in Jingdezhen can apply to the local police station for the settlement procedures of the owner and the immediate family members living with * * * with the purchase contract and invoice, and enjoy the preferential policies for purchasing houses.
