1. Party A will hand over the garbage generated by property renovation in Z Phase II to Party B for cleaning, and it will not be specified otherwise.

2. Party A provides elevators as an important means of transportation, and does not charge Party B for electricity and facilities use fees.

3. Party B is responsible for removing the decoration garbage in the house of the decoration unit outside Z community to the area allowed to be abandoned by the town committee. The freight shall be paid by Party B, and the consequences caused by littering shall be borne by Party B. ..

Four. During the relocation, Party B must operate in accordance with the management regulations of Party A. If Party B causes damage to equipment and facilities, Party B shall be responsible for it.

In order to manage the domestic garbage in the residential area, meet the requirements of environmental protection, and create a clean and comfortable living environment for residents, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the cleaning and transportation of domestic garbage in Party A's area on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and friendly negotiation according to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant regulations:

Four. Rights and obligations of Party A

2. Party A has the right to supervise and inspect the quality of Party B's domestic garbage removal, and to correct the problems in Party B's on-site removal? 1. Party B shall complete the domestic garbage removal work entrusted by Party A with good quality and quantity according to the requirements of this agreement, and do the daily garbage removal. 6. Party B shall assign special personnel to inspect and supervise the removal of domestic garbage on Party A's site and collect Party A's feedback in time.

7. Party B shall remove garbage safely and orderly, and consciously abide by all safety management rules and regulations of Party A to ensure safe driving. It is forbidden to take Party A's finance out of the factory. If Party B's personnel are injured or killed in garbage removal, Party B shall bear all responsibilities, and Party A shall not bear any responsibilities.

Liability for breach of contract of intransitive verbs

1. If Party B fails to perform the daily garbage removal, or fails to complete the daily garbage removal with good quality and quantity as required by Party A, Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement. If the owner complains once or Party A finds out once, it will be fined at 10% of Party B's expenses. If Party B proposes to terminate the agreement, it shall notify Party A one month in advance, and the agreement can be terminated only after Party A agrees.

2. If Party B's daily garbage removal fails to meet Party A's requirements, Party A has the right to deduct the daily garbage removal fee (except in special circumstances, but Party B must inform Party A in advance).

7. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into effect as of the date of signature by both parties.
