On the same day, China Merchants Shekou, Shenzhen Real Estate (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Shekou), China Merchants Property and AVIC Sanda signed the Agreement on the Purchase of Assets by Issuing Shares. AVIC Sanda issued RMB ordinary shares to China Merchants Shekou and Shenzhen Real Estate, and purchased 65,438+000% equity of China Merchants Property held by them at the issue price of 7.90 yuan per share.
