Tool borrowing management system?

The tool borrowing system is to ensure normal use. Tool borrowing can be divided into temporary borrowing and long-term borrowing according to time, and long-term borrowing can be divided into personal borrowing and public borrowing.

6. 1 The user shall fill in the temporary borrowed tools (Table 3), and after approval, the user shall apply to the warehouse administrator for collection and register it in the Employee Tool Borrowing Register. When returning, the warehouse manager should also write down the return time and sign it on the form. When signing, he should check whether the tools and their accessories are in good condition. If he finds any problems, he should record them immediately and report them to the supervisor.

6.2 The varieties of tools that individuals receive are equipped as required, and the users apply for them. After being approved by the project manager/supervisor, they will receive them in the warehouse (Table 4) and go through the collection procedures. The individual is responsible for using and keeping it after receiving it, and returning it when leaving the company. The warehouse administrator should make a record of receiving it.

6.3 The male * * * recipients shall be applied by the supervisor/foreman, approved by the project manager/supervisor, and go through the recipients formalities in the warehouse (Table 5). After receiving it, the applicant or the designated person shall be responsible for keeping it.

6.4 In principle, the tools are replaced by old ones. If they are lost or damaged, the custodian shall explain the reasons and report to the superior leader. If the loss or damage is not caused by force majeure, the responsible person shall compensate the tool price at that time, which belongs to normal wear or damage after long-term use. If the amount is within 500 yuan, the leader of the engineering department will approve the scrapping procedures (Table 6), and if it exceeds 500 yuan, it will be approved by the property manager.

6.5 Tools shall not be taken out of the property, and can only be lent out after special circumstances are approved by the department head and formal formalities are completed.
