Under the leadership of team Chen, we successfully completed this year's work task, which was satisfied by tenants and residents and recognized by leaders. Our work this year is a rather heavy year. Among them, several households are decorating and fire fighting, and there are many people coming in and out. The pressure of our work has increased. In this case, we have strengthened the supervision and registration of personnel entering and leaving, construction personnel, and conducted regular floor patrols to prevent budding accidents and ensure the safety of the community. Ms. Zhu, who is sick in Room 802, knocks over a dozen flowerpots in our community every time she gets sick, and sometimes she throws things at high altitude. In order to protect people's lives and property when she is sick, the vehicle will not be damaged, and help leaders, community workstations, etc.

After work, under the leadership of the captain, we conducted physical training for security guards, including queue training and military sports rights. Adhere to the expected goal and complete the training plan with good quality and quantity. I was complaining at first, but I understand that as a security guard, only with excellent business and physical fitness can we better play the role of "training for 1000 days and using for a period of time". How can you play your role without hard training? Therefore, I am not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and I have been persevering.

As a security guard or volunteer firefighter, this year, the management office organized many lectures and trainings on fire safety, learned the emergency measures of fire safety in daily life, carefully studied and recorded, mastered fire knowledge, and combined with the fire-fighting equipment and facilities in this community, based on the principle of putting prevention first and combining prevention with elimination, conducted regular inspection and maintenance on the equipment to ensure the safety of residents' lives and property.

In my work and life, my one-year summary is as follows:
