Overview of Fushan Institute

According to the records of Fushan, during the stormy 277 years of the Ming Dynasty, the garrison of Fushan was always a military institution to defend coastal defense until it was abolished in the twelfth year of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty and a patrol inspection department was set up. That is, from the Qing Dynasty, the military camp of Fushan Station was slowly called Fushan Station Village.

In the early days of liberation, the villagers in Fushan mainly farmed and fished with nets, and lived a life of "working at sunrise and resting at sunset". Since the late 1950s, Fushansuo Brigade has become a vegetable base in Qingdao, and the vegetable planting area has increased year by year, with a maximum of 1.200 mu of vegetable fields.

1992, the Qingdao municipal government made a decision to move eastward, and the office building of the municipal party Committee and the new symbol sculpture "May Wind" of Qingdao sprang up in the former vegetable fields, and commercial buildings mushroomed. In the past, the area under the jurisdiction of Fushan Village has become the economic and political center of Qingdao.

65438-0999, the municipal government adopted the overall planning and design scheme of Fushanyuan to build a modern urban residential area on the original site. With the roar of bulldozers, the low and messy bungalows disappeared and replaced by neat buildings. Fukuyama, which has become a village in the city for more than ten years, has become a page in history.
