1 Responsible for handling litigation, arbitration, administrative reconsideration and other cases and non-litigation disputes of the company and its regional branches, actively promoting the batch processing of dunning cases, reporting new cases, latest developments of cases, more important non-litigation disputes and their handling measures to the legal person in charge of the headquarters and the competent leaders of the company in the region in a timely and comprehensive manner, reporting monthly case reports and assisting the headquarters in handling litigation cases; 2. Be responsible for the compliance management of the company and its branches in the region, and provide timely and effective legal advice, including but not limited to daily legal advice, drafting documents involving legal affairs, formulating (revising) or auditing the company management system, formulating (revising) and implementing contract templates, contract review and on-site support; Responsible for the special training of legal risk prevention of companies in the region;
