According to the training scheme and curriculum outline of the engineering management specialty of the Engineering Management Discipline Steering Committee of the Ministry of Construction, this major can set up the direction of engineering project management, real estate operation and management, investment and cost management, international engineering management, property management and so on. Each major direction should meet the following requirements: (1) Project management direction. Graduates in this direction are mainly suitable for the whole process management of engineering projects. Initially have the ability to conduct project feasibility study, project whole process investment, schedule and quality control, contract management, information management and organization and coordination. (2) Real estate management and management direction Graduates in this direction are mainly suitable for real estate development and management. Initially have the ability to analyze and solve theoretical problems of real estate economy and real estate project development and evaluation, real estate marketing, real estate investment and financing, real estate appraisal, property management and real estate administration. (3) Graduates majoring in investment and cost management are mainly suitable for project investment and financing and the whole process management of project cost. Initially have the ability of project evaluation and project cost management, the ability to prepare bidding documents and bid evaluation, and the ability to prepare and review project estimation, budgetary estimate, budget and final accounts.
