1. Pre-scoring and reservation statement

Applicants can pre-score their own points through the "Simulation Scoring" in the "Chengdu Residence Permit Points Public Service Platform" in advance, and fill out the "Chengdu Residence Permit Points Project Declaration Form" according to the indicators to be declared, and prepare relevant materials. Applicants can make an appointment to declare through the "Personal Center" in the "Public Service Platform".

2. Submit information on site

District (city) county administrative service center application window after receiving the application materials, the materials are complete, should issue an acceptance receipt; If the materials are incomplete, they shall be informed on the spot to fill in the materials.

3. Overall verification

After accepting the application materials for points, the relevant departments shall complete the verification of points indicators within the specified time in accordance with the division of responsibilities of the departments stipulated in the Measures.

4. Apply for points to enter the household

The population service management institution of the municipal government shall, within 2 working days after the announcement of the scoring results, determine the household list according to the scoring line of the annual residence permit (the scoring line of the residence permit in 2020 is 140, valid until August 27th, 202 1 year), and announce the official household list three days after the publicity of the "public service platform" (postponed in case of holidays).

In line with the household points, according to the public security organs to provide the corresponding materials, to the district (city), county public security accreditation center for household procedures. The residence permit points in 2022 include: additional items such as stable occupation, residence guidance, employment guidance, household guidance, age index, technical skills, personal contribution, and sub-items such as illegal crimes and personal bad credit. The total score is the sum of the additional items and the results obtained by deducting each item.

(1) Stable career indicators. Applicants who have participated in the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance for urban workers and paid monthly fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city within the administrative area of this Municipality, who have paid the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance for urban workers for 6 months according to the cumulative calculation of 10 minute/year, will be given 5 points respectively;

Pay the basic old-age insurance for urban workers and the basic medical insurance for urban workers 12 months, and score 10 respectively. Employment in northern reform areas such as European Industrial City and Xindu Smart Logistics Industrial Park, and western control areas such as Sino-German (Pujiang) SME Cooperation Zone and Pengzhou Tianfu Chinese Medicine City is calculated as 2 points/year, with the maximum not exceeding 10.

(4) The guiding index of family area. According to the household area selected by the applicant, the score will be 10 for households in Longquanyi District, qingbaijiang district, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District, Pidu District and Xinjin District, 20 for households in outer suburbs and 30 for households in Chengdu East New District.

(5) technical skill indicators. If the applicant falls within the scope of Chengdu's talent development guidelines, the comprehensive index of talent shortage is 20 points, 15 points and 10 points respectively. Applicants who have participated in social service in this city and made contributions in voluntary service, charitable donation, blood donation, etc. will be given 2 points for each item that meets the standard, with the highest score of 10.
