According to the regulations, the industry Committee announces the fund to all owners at least once a year.

At present, all the owners of the first phase of Renxinhui have not received this announcement document, requesting to announce the annual deposit, use, income and balance of this fund. Expenditure items (if any), expenses and apportionment.

2. Require the property, community and street to fully cooperate with the owners to set up the owners' committee!

The overhead floor of the hanging garden on the 5th floor is not allowed to be used as a living place. If the property wants to occupy the hanging garden or lobby on the first floor for any reason, we need to ask our owner's consent in advance!
