It is reported that recently, the owner of Xiangxi Shuijun Community in Changsha called 12345 to complain that the residential property piled up construction waste in the underground garage without the owner's consent, resulting in rats and flies in the garage, fearing the spread of diseases. On the morning of May 17, the residential property said that these construction wastes were only temporarily stored and would be transported around May 25th.

It is reported that on May 17, a media reporter came to Xiangxi Shuijun Community and saw this decoration garbage dump in the underground garage of Building 24, Phase II of Zone B. These garbage dumps are about 50 meters long and 25 meters wide. When the reporter visited, two decoration workers pushed a tricycle to the underground garage, which was full of construction waste.

An owner said that on May 1 1, the property began to pile up construction waste in the underground garage. Many owners have reported to the He Jiang property in this community and asked them to handle this matter, but the property has never removed the garbage.

On May 18, the customer service manager of residential property said that the environmental inspection was strict recently, and the garbage could not be transported abroad, so they dumped it on the main road. Later, considering that putting it on the main road will affect the residents' lives, the underground garage of Building 24, Phase 2 of Zone B was temporarily used to store construction waste from May 1 1, and it has not been delivered so far. On May 3rd 12, the owners of 24 buildings and 12 coordinated with the property, and agreed to produce and clean every day, basically without domestic garbage. The property will arrange special personnel to kill mosquitoes and clean the ground around, and the garbage will be transported away around the 25th of this month.
