I think the management of a community is good or bad mainly in the following aspects: first, elevators and stairs, second, community greening, then community security, and finally community lake.

1. elevators and stairs

Some residential areas are poorly managed, resulting in annoying small advertisements posted on elevators and even residents' doors. This community is really a good security community, and the property fee of this community will be very expensive. If you can freely enter your community without security, the management of this community is really not so good.
