Jinan property complaints

I am the owner of Jinghua City Community. Originally, the environment in our community was very good. Since Davis Property entered our community, the sanitation is dirty and messy. There is a small river ditch and pool in the community. Someone knew it before. They didn't take care of it after they came. The water is full of rubbish and stinks all day. A lot of fitness equipment is broken and no one maintains it. Public safety is out of control. Every day is the same as the vegetable market, whether it is selling vegetables or posting it. Set up stalls at will, the owners repeatedly failed to respond, and even thieves went in at will, causing many owners economic losses. As soon as they responded that the property asked them to collect surveillance to assist the police in investigating and handling the case, they said that the camera was broken (actually it was fine). Something like this happened to my family. The car was lost, the house was smashed, and even the owner signed a public maintenance fund without knowing it. For a property like this, our owners have to pay the property fee unconditionally. Some of our owners insisted on not paying property fees, and now their property management company has taken us to court. During the adjustment, many owners also went, and everyone disagreed. Finally, they said they would give us a 30% discount. Isn't it obvious? Some owners refused to pay, and the owners all said the reasons, but the court was unfair and had to let us produce very real evidence. But where do we ordinary people have it? In fact, the best evidence is that we can fully understand it by visiting our community. Now they are going to freeze our assets again. I must write this letter.
