Chapter III Property Appraisal Service Organizations Article 10 The Special Zone may set up property appraisal service organizations to provide value appraisal consulting services. The contents of the contract include: target, evaluation content, fees and remuneration, etc. Seventeenth the client shall submit the relevant documents, drawings or certification materials in accordance with the requirements of the municipal appraisal agency or the property appraisal service agency. If the property entrusted by the client for appraisal is not owned by him, the client shall submit the appraisal certificate approved by the owner. Eighteenth city appraisal institutions or property appraisal service institutions shall, in accordance with the contract, appraise the appraisal object, and issue the property price appraisal certificate or property appraisal report to the client. Article 19 When the client thinks that the property appraiser has an interest with him, he has the right to ask the property appraiser to withdraw.
