Does the property management company buy insurance at work?

Whether a property company buys insurance for its employees belongs to the internal management behavior of the enterprise.

Industry Committee and property management company are two independent organizations. Industry Committee is the representative of owner autonomy, and property companies belong to independent economic organizations. The two sides have no administrative affiliation, and the industry Committee cannot interfere in the internal affairs of the property company. Although the property company violates the labor law by not insuring employees, the industry Committee does not belong to the relevant responsible person and has no right to complain.
