Article 70

The behavior of social life noise disturbing people in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated, grassroots mass autonomous organizations, owners' committees and property service providers shall promptly discourage and mediate; If dissuasion or mediation fails, you can report or complain to the department responsible for the supervision and management of noise pollution prevention and control in social life or the department designated by the local people's government, and the department that receives the report or complaint shall handle it according to law.

Second, what is the standard of disturbing the people?

The criteria for disturbing people are as follows:

1, the noise standard for special residential areas is 45 decibels during the day and 35 decibels at night;

2, residents, cultural and educational areas of noise standards for 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night;

3. The noise standard of the general commercial-residential mixed area is 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night;

4. The noise standard of industrial, commercial, transportation and residential mixed areas is 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night;

5. The noise standard of industrial concentration area is 65 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night;

6. The noise standard on both sides of the traffic trunk line is 70 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night.
