The property management regulations clearly stipulate what system the owners' committee shall implement.

As the executive body of the owners' self-governing organization, whether the owners' committee can operate well and develop healthily is not only related to the realization of the owners' purpose of safeguarding their own rights and interests, but also related to the construction and development of civil society in China.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Property Management Regulations shall be filed with the real estate administrative department of the district or county people's government where the property is located within 30 days from the date of election.

Members of the owners' committee shall be owners who are enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, have a strong sense of responsibility and have certain organizational ability.

The chairman and deputy directors of the owners' committee are elected from among the members of the owners' committee.
