At the same time, hold a middle-level meeting every month, summarize the work situation in stages, put the problems encountered at the meeting to discuss countermeasures collectively, and deploy the focus of the next stage in a targeted manner according to the situation.

4. Strengthen inspection to ensure effectiveness. According to the deployment arrangement of each stage of the creation work, the leading group often leads a team to go deep into the front line to check the completion of various tasks in the creation work, and handle emergency matters and special matters through on-site office work. For problems that are difficult to solve at the moment, timely summarize and put forward rectification opinions, renegotiate the implementation measures and rectification period, and urge the responsible departments to implement them to the letter.

Through hard work, the "two innovations" work of our department has achieved new results, the distance between the creation indicators and the evaluation requirements has been narrowing, and some indicators have basically met the evaluation requirements, further improving the management level of city appearance and environmental sanitation, and passed the inspection and evaluation of relevant expert groups at the provincial, municipal and county levels.

2. Strengthen the quality of road cleaning. Completely cancel the two-sweep system and implement 15- 18 hours full-time cleaning. Set up a patrol cleaning team of 12 people, equipped with bicycles, iron boxes, pliers and other tools, strengthen the patrol cleaning of the road conditions in the central city, and implement four cleaning personnel to clean the bottom of the urban green belt and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to ensure that the road sections are swept with the dirt. Improve the "trinity" cleaning mode of machine sweeping, human sweeping and washing, highlight mechanized washing and maintenance, and carry out machine sweeping and washing and maintenance twice a day on Jianshe Road, Jingnan Road, Feng Dan Road and Xiangshan Port Road to further improve the mechanization rate of sanitation operations. Increase the number of times of cleaning the battery car every day to prevent the garbage from overflowing in the bucket. Give more than 200 small trash cans to some breakfast shops and fast food restaurants along the street to publicize the garbage in the shops. Conduct a comprehensive cleaning of sanitation vehicles, fruit boxes, trash cans and other equipment and facilities, and implement the daily cleaning of the cleaning staff in the lot. Improve the contract agreement, continue to sign an agreement with the honest property, and promote the market-oriented operation of sanitation and cleaning. Daily cleaning of garbage entering the urban garbage transfer station, implementation of deodorization and fly suppression measures to ensure cleanliness and no obvious odor. At the same time, the establishment of sanitation department middle-level personnel to participate in the first-line inspection mechanism, the implementation of warm reminder card assessment, the implementation of 700 sanitation workers found the problem reporting system, each person issued a mobile phone, to carry out on-site "roll call criticism", to further strengthen the road cleaning assessment, and promote the improvement and consolidation of road cleaning quality.

3. Strengthen river cleaning. At the beginning of May, he took over the cleaning work of the inland river in the urban area and contracted it to Xiangshan Lvye Home Economics Company for normal cleaning. It mainly includes 7 inland rivers such as Xinhua River, Dongdahe River, Meixi River, Bai Shijing River and Xihu River to the north of Xiangshan Port Road, and 5 rivers such as Xiangshan River, Baishi River and Shanbocao River in the industrial park, with a total cleaning area of 6,543,800+0.75 million square meters. 3. Implement various work measures. Since the beginning of the year, we have mainly undertaken the following temporary tasks: First, we have carried out the cleaning activities on New Year's Eve. In addition to completing the tasks of road cleaning, garbage collection, compressed transportation, centralized landfill, etc. within the scope of their duties, they also specially dispatched 46 garbage trucks to help the communities in the central city and the villages in the urban-rural fringe remove garbage 120 tons. According to the inspection feedback organized by the county establishment office, on-site verification was carried out in time, rectification was carried out item by item, more than 70 sanitary corners were cleaned up, and 26 trips of garbage were removed. 1. Actively build a waste treatment center. The original site of the project is located in the sewage treatment plant of County Construction Bureau. Due to the unsuccessful coordination with the Construction Bureau for many times, in order to improve the level of excrement treatment in the central city, in May this year, we decided to transform the old excrement treatment center, completed the drawing design, planning and site selection, environmental assessment report, land pre-examination, development and reform projects and budget estimates, and started construction within the year.

Comprehensively check and accept 29 old public toilets in the central city, formulate the renovation plan, upgrade and renovate according to the requirements of "two innovations" and the relevant standards for the assessment of city appearance and environmental sanitation cups, and organize relevant technicians to complete the acceptance of all public toilets after renovation to ensure the quality and specifications of the project. It is planned to invest 800,000 yuan to upgrade Tashan public toilets in strict accordance with the specifications of super public toilets in eco-tourism cities. Construction has started and will be completed and put into use this year. At the same time, improve the supervision and inspection mechanism of public toilets management, pay close attention to the implementation of the system, strengthen daily assessment, focus on strengthening the sense of responsibility and service of new public toilet administrators, and strive to create a clean, comfortable and warm toilet environment for the general public and establish a good image of public toilets.

3. Upgrade the transfer station. According to the shortage of domestic waste transfer stations in the central city, it is planned to upgrade Tashan transfer station. At present, the planning and site selection opinions have been completed, and construction will be started within this year. Laixun Transfer Station is equipped with the first high-pressure microbial deodorization unit in the county, which automatically starts every 10 minute and sprays every 10 second, effectively absorbing and degrading harmful gases, and achieving the efficacy of deodorizing and driving flies. Re-compile the construction project of the fourth garbage transfer station, complete the land examination and approval procedures in the county, and apply for the planning and construction permit after being submitted to the Provincial Department of Land and Resources for examination and approval, so as to start construction again this year. Wang Jiahe vegetable market transfer station construction has completed the drawing design.

4. Implement the expansion and reconstruction of Douao landfill. By digging monitoring wells, enclosing the site, diverting rain and sewage from the slope of the landfill, setting safety signs and weighing scales, we will solidly promote the reconstruction and expansion project of Douao landfill, and actively apply to the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for the grade evaluation of harmless treatment of domestic waste landfill. On June 15, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized relevant experts to review the Douao Landfill according to the national second-class standards.

Five, focus on one implementation, team efficiency construction has achieved new results.

Through party and government leadership meetings, mid-level meetings and internal meetings of various departments, we earnestly conveyed the spirit of "think twice and create three things", fully mobilized all party member cadres and workers, signed a public commitment letter with each party member, and put the commitment into practice, and each middle-level cadre wrote an article on his experience. 2. Strengthen internal supervision and assessment. In view of the fact that some employees in the team have loose work style, low work enthusiasm and low efficiency, around the main goal of improving the quality of road cleaning, and drawing lessons from the practice of county urban management bureau, the implementation measures for middle-level and above personnel to participate in the first-line inspection and assessment are formulated, so as to give play to the role of middle-level backbone, make up for the lack of assessment strength of inspection and supervision departments, effectively increase the assessment of first-line cleaning staff and promote the improvement of cleaning quality. 3. Improve the office environment of employees. In terms of health promotion, the momentum of last year has been maintained. Since the beginning of the year, 46 articles have been published through various media and reported by TV stations 12 times.
