Project overview:

This part of the building area (West Third District) belongs to Jing Qingxin Residence (Jing Qing Resettlement Community) project. Adjacent to the second bid section of the first phase of Jingxin Residential Project, the seventh bid section of the second phase and Qingcheng Shi Jia, it mainly carries out housing construction and supporting engineering construction of residential quarters.

Site conditions of the construction site:

The west third area of this project is located in a low-lying area, with criss-crossing ditches and weirs, and more silt and water. A large number of open ditches, blind ditches and water seepage around mountain canals in the first phase of the project enter this area, and a large amount of water is discharged into the construction site in rainy season, which makes foundation construction difficult. According to the principle of water flow from high to low, it was originally planned that the on-site water in my bid section would be discharged into the flood control ditch beside the outer road of bid section 7 through the construction site of the second phase project. However, at present, due to the excavation of the basement of Bid 7, the plan cannot be implemented. According to the actual situation of the site, our unit has taken corresponding measures to discharge the site water into the canal around the mountain. Therefore, it is necessary to add sump and open caisson on the construction site and lay drainage pipes to ensure that the accumulated water on the construction site can be discharged in time and the subsequent construction can proceed smoothly. Drainage measures:

1), excavation along the intersection of buildings and low-lying areas * * * See attached figure 1 and attached figure 2 for details. The sump 1 is located at the intersection of 28-S28 in West Zone 3 and West Zone 2, and the sump 2 is located between 2-B4 in West Zone 3 and the parking lot of Phase I Project. 2) Build a small sedimentation tank (Figure 3) with a square of 1000mm at the water source point of open ditch and blind ditch in the first phase of the project, and embed the tank mouth? 100mmPE pipeline to the sump, and introduce blind (open) ditch water into the sump.

3) Suspend a water pump with a displacement of 50m3/h in the sedimentation tank, introduce clarified surface water and incoming water into the sedimentation tank through pipelines, pump the water from the water tank 1 into the water tank 2, and then pump the water from the water tank 2 into the Huanshan ditch in Qingchengshan Town (the height of the pipeline from the water tank 2 to the outlet of Huanshan ditch is 5m). 4) Prepare 15m3/h water pump for each sump and pool, and increase it when the water volume is too large.

Drainage principle:

Displacement:

According to the surface water inflow, it is calculated by the actual pumping station.

Conclusion:

At present, it is planned to install two pumps 15m3/h6 with a displacement of 50m3/h on the construction site. The total displacement of standby pump 15 is not less than 100m3/h, and the drainage scheme is feasible.

The Asian Games Source Building project is located on the west side of South Asian Games Source Road, Panyu District, Guangzhou, with a total land area of 69,703 ㎡, which is divided into Phase I and Phase II. The main buildings in the first phase are 4 main buildings, 2 podium buildings and 1 basement. The land area is 33047㎡.

The ground elevation around the foundation pit for basement excavation is 6.60~8.30m, the excavation depth is 5.50m ~ 6.80m, the total area of foundation pit excavation is about 33 162m2, and the total length of foundation pit perimeter is 721m.. The north of the excavation site will occupy the second phase of land, and the west will occupy the site outside the red line.

Second, the site drainage conditions

1. On the east side of the site, the distance from the top line of the basement foundation pit slope to the fence is 1.5m, which can only be used as a safety guardrail and a pedestrian inspection passage, so it is impossible to arrange the site drainage ditch, and there is no reasonable rainwater outlet for municipal pipelines to discharge rainwater.

2. There are places where drainage ditches can be laid on the south, west and north sides of the site, but the west will occupy the site outside the red line and the north will occupy the land for the second phase.

The adjacent building red line in the south is Huamuchang, and the terrain elevation is 1~2m lower than that of the building site, so the rainwater cannot be directly discharged.

The building line adjacent to the west is a vegetable field in the local countryside, and the terrain elevation is lower than that of the construction site.

The north is the land for the second phase of the project, which can directly drain rainwater, but the drainage distance is long.

Three. Site drainage scheme

1, East Drainage Design

Set a drainage ditch between the fence of the construction site and Nanyuan Road. Drain pipe size 400mm? 300mm, using C 15 concrete structure. For details, please refer to the profile diagram of East Drainage Ditch.

The drainage ditch is about 500m long and drains from north to south. It is discharged into the south drainage ditch in the south and into the municipal rainwater pipeline of South Asian Games Road in the north to ensure that the site water does not flow into the first-phase foundation pit.

2. South drainage design

A drainage ditch shall be set at 2m from the top line of the foundation pit within the south fence. The drain pipe size is 500mm? 500mm, the bottom plate is made of C 15 concrete, and the side wall is made of brick. For details, please refer to the profile of South Drainage Ditch.

The length of the drainage ditch is about 175m, and it drains to the west, and then drains to the drainage ditch outside the site from the west to ensure that the site water in the first phase does not flow into the foundation pit.

3. Western drainage design

A drainage ditch shall be set at 2m of the top line of the foundation pit of the west fence. The drain pipe size is 500mm? 500mm, the bottom plate is made of C 15 concrete, and the side wall is made of brick.

The length of the drainage ditch is about 208m, and it drains to the north, and then from the west drainage ditch to the drainage ditch outside the site, so as to ensure that the site water does not flow into the first-phase foundation pit.

4. North drainage design

On the north side of the concrete construction road, a drainage ditch is set at 6m from the top line of the foundation pit slope. Drain pipe size 600mm? 500mm, the bottom plate is made of C 15 concrete, and the side wall is made of brick. For details, please refer to the schematic diagram of the north drainage ditch section.

The length of the drainage ditch is about 168m, and it drains to the west, and then to the drainage ditch outside the site, so as to ensure that the site water does not flow into the first-phase foundation pit.

Four. Offsite drainage scheme

East of the site is Nanyuan Road, a planned road. Without reasonable drainage pipes, rainwater cannot be directly discharged. South is the flower and wood field, with low terrain, and the rainwater cannot be discharged directly; There is a vegetable field in the local countryside in the west, and the rainwater cannot be drained directly. However, there is a permanent drainage ditch about 500 meters away from the construction site, and the irregular drainage ditch between the drainage ditch and the construction site can be reasonably utilized through the vegetable field. The north is the land for the second phase of the project, and the rainwater can be directly discharged, but the terrain is higher and the drainage distance is longer, so there is no reasonable way out.

To sum up, according to the actual site topography and surrounding environment, the site drainage outlet is arranged on the west side, and the site water on the east, south and north sides is led to the west drainage ditch through the drainage ditch, and then to the permanent drainage ditch from the west drainage ditch.

On the basis of the original muddy drainage ditch, the excavator is used to dredge and reinforce the drainage ditch from the water outlet on the west side of the site to the permanent irrigation and drainage ditch, so as to ensure that the surrounding flowers and trees and farmland are not flooded by rain and avoid conflicts and disputes with local villagers.

The layout of drainage system adopts the combination of permanent drainage and temporary drainage, with gravity flow as the main factor and forced drainage as the supplement, strengthening the connection between blocks, planning the drainage system in a unified way, and connecting the whole line.

General idea: Make full use of the existing drainage ditch, build temporary drainage ditch and intercepting ditch in combination with the site topographic conditions, and introduce rainwater into the drainage system in the site through the sedimentation tank.

Third, the drainage scheme

1, construction access road drainage and digging and filling the zero line platform drainage

The drainage of the construction access road in the site is mainly arranged along the inner side of the road. The specific drainage direction is shown in the figure. The dimensions of the drainage ditch are: bottom width1500mm and depth1500mm. The dimensions of the drainage ditch are: 500mm wide at the bottom and 500mm deep. The longitudinal slope during construction depends on the site topography.

2. Drainage in the excavation area

Drainage in the excavation area is mainly provided with intercepting ditch along the inner side of the platform for digging and filling the zero line. During the rainy season, the water on the hillside is connected with the intercepting ditch of the construction road through the intercepting ditch, and then discharged and connected with the drainage ditch of the adjacent bid section.
