The notice requires that the real estate brokerage business should be undertaken by real estate brokerage agencies, and the service remuneration should be collected by real estate brokerage agencies. No one may engage in real estate brokerage business in the name of an individual and collect fees.
Real estate intermediaries or social related personnel who are found to be engaged in real estate agency and intermediary services in violation of regulations in their own names and collect fees should be included in the "industry blacklist", banned for two years, and copied to the relevant credit reporting agencies and the joint publicity platform of credit information of real estate intermediary industries for joint credit restrictions. During this period, any real estate agency shall not employ them, and those who have been employed shall be dismissed immediately.
Hua Hong, director of the Development Research Department of Shenfang China Association, said in an interview with the National Business Daily that the announcement of the association is mainly a reminder to the outside world and consumers.
