The procedures required for the property to move into the community are as follows:

1, the property management company needs to obtain enterprise qualification;

2. The property company needs to negotiate the service charge standard with the developer or the owners' committee and sign a contract;

3. Within one month after signing the contract, go to the property management department for the record;

4. The charging standard of property fees shall be reported to the price department for approval;

5. Provide residential property services that are satisfactory to the owners;

6. Collect property fees and issue formal bills. Property management refers to the activities in which the owner selects a property service enterprise, and the owner and the property service enterprise, in accordance with the property service contract, repair, maintain and manage the houses, supporting facilities and related sites, and maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area. In addition, the property entering the community needs to abide by the following laws:

1, the company must obtain the qualification of property service enterprise after its establishment;
