During the Spring Festival, I also chatted with several college graduates about their working conditions, only to find that they were all in a state of slacking off. Nowadays, most undergraduates are engaged in design, construction and sales, but those who do design and construction don't want to continue to work, and they all feel too tired. Among them, 1 who is engaged in design and wants to change jobs has only worked for less than 1 year. Sales people are complaining that business is not good, but after selling, they feel that they can't transfer to other industries and can only continue to do it.

There are several reasons why they think so:

First, the prosperity of the entertainment and film industries has made the social atmosphere more and more impetuous, which has led many people to relax and hate work. They always feel that they have more relaxed and better-paid jobs and deserve such jobs.

Second, the rapid development of society and industry has greatly squeezed people's labor costs, making overtime the norm. In the second half of a normal year, the workload of abnormal competition will be squeezed into one month. Over time, people are physically and mentally exhausted;

Third, the popularity of college students makes them no longer stand out from the crowd, with poor promotion opportunities, dim career development prospects and little work initiative and enthusiasm;

Fourth, except for some research work, a lot of work is routine, and it doesn't take too long to understand the professional knowledge involved, so it can be handled freely. Except for the first 1 ~ 2 months, all the graduates feel that college is a waste of time. After this novice period, they feel that their professional knowledge has reached the peak, and they can use the same routine to set up any project they want, without the desire to explore new knowledge.

This should be the current working situation of an undergraduate who graduated from two ordinary universities.

Looking at the major recruitment websites again, it is a relatively unified time period for colleges and universities to recruit before the year, and it seems that after the year, it is the best time for people with existing work experience who want more valuable jobs. The major headhunters in first-tier cities are estimated to have found talents more suitable for high-end positions. Aside from these high-end jobs in first-tier cities, the job markets in second, third and fourth-tier cities such as Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Qingdao are basically the same. I have roughly summarized that the positions for recruitment are basically divided into the following categories:

1 is a professional post, such as R&D post, designer, engineer, cost engineer, financial securities, economic management, network industry, etc. These requirements are relatively high, requiring professional background, experience and professional background, and the older you are, the more valuable you are;

The second category is technical jobs: auto repair, chef, accountant, teacher and medical nurse. These jobs have certain requirements for academic qualifications, but they are generally not high, so junior college is enough, but skills or experience are needed.

The third category is general workers: such as customer service, production line, clerk, network part-time, game management, website builder, etc. These workers can be employed with a little training, and their academic qualifications and experience are not high, but they are generally required to be 18-35 years old;

The fourth category is all kinds of sales positions, including automobiles, real estate and insurance. The requirements are not high, and the work flexibility is great, but there must be contacts and eloquence, and the salary is linked to the sales performance;

The fifth category is related technologies or general workers required by various service organizations, such as store managers, fitness coaches, beauticians and property managers. These general requirements are not high, they need training or a little study before taking up their posts, and the industry is highly mobile;

The positions generally needed in the above recruitment market are likely to train talents who can start their own businesses in the future. Therefore, combined with my own work status, I personally think that everyone should have a career plan that meets their own conditions when working. When entering every industry, they should first understand your possible future development route and the degree of arrival before retirement, then practice and choose a job that suits them, and then make their own development direction and development route on the basis of this work and work hard for it.
